The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines above; otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied. The registration to the 14th Danube Symposium includes: - Admission to the Congress, all the sessions and exhibition area - Admission to the opening and closing ceremonies - Admission to the Cocktail on the 20th of June - Free admission to the lunch symposia - Coffee breaks - Lunch - The documents of the congress (final programme, congress bag, nominative badge) - Certificate of attendance which will be sent by email after the Congress Late registrations will close on June 22nd, 2018 at 23:59 (GMT + 1.00). *During your registration, please add the proof below: - Other professions ID card or passport and a proof of status (letter from head of department, in English or in German). - Fellow, resident : a proof of your age (ID card or passport) AND a proof of status (letter from head of department or certificate of education, in English or in German). - Seniors 65+: a proof of your age (ID card or passport) Without any of these documents, the « doctor » category will automatically apply.
Payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations received without payment will not be processed nor confirmed. Payment by Credits cards: Registration fees may be paid by credit card only through the secure online registration system (VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit card will be accepted).
All cancellations must be made by email. Email : [email protected] Before the 31th of March 2018: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid. With no payment received before cancellation, this amount will still remain due. From the 1st of April 2018: no refund. With no payment received before that date, the total amount will still remain due to the Congress office. All refunds will be issued after the congress. Requests will not be accepted after the 1st of August 2018.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate another person.
